ABOUT ME

I am passionate about working with individuals and organisations to develop and reach their full potential. I work as a Leadership Coach and Business Mentor in the UK and in Sweden. 

I have 30 years international experience as a leader and business owner in public- and private healthcare and in recruitment. During this time I have worked at board- and management level with start-ups, company strategies and exit planning. Through periods of expansion and reduction of organisations I have worked with the development of individuals, teams and organisations.

The combination of my experience and training in Professional Coaching, Change Management and Business Communication gives me a solid base to work as a catalyst for leaders and to support them in their development.
